Flyer Reward Flight

  • Business Flyer Reward flights are available on all Rex flights subject to last seat availability on the aircraft.
  • Change of name, date, time are permitted up to 48 hours before scheduled time of departure with payment of applicable fee per flight sector plus any additional taxes, however travel must be completed before the expiry date of the Reward Flight.
  • Changes to bookings are not permitted within 48 hours prior to departure.
  • Bookings can be placed in credit for use before the expiry date and are subject to an applicable fee per flight change plus any additional taxes upon rebooking.
  • Bookings which are unable to be used before the expiry date may be submitted for refund up to 3 days prior to the scheduled date of travel and will incur an applicable administration fee.
  • Fare is forfeited if you fail to complete check-in before the flight has closed (60 minutes before scheduled time of departure for Burketown; 30 minutes at major city airports and Queensland airports; 20 minutes at regional airports) or is not used before the expiry date of the reward flight.
  • Once travel has commenced any unused portion of a Reward Flight will not be refunded or re-credited.
  • If your child is unaccompanied, please advise the Customer Contact Centre on 13 17 13 at least 48 hours before the intended travel.

Note: Changes to fares are strictly governed by the Fare Rules stipulated at time of purchase.

  • Admin fees are payable per passenger per flight sector.
  • Payment method surcharge applies for transactions via the website, the Customer Contact Centre or at the airport (cash transactions at the airport do not attract a payment method surcharge).
  • When making a flight change, additional payment applies where the same fare category is not available for the changed flight and the difference between the existing fare and the new fare is payable.
  • For tickets that have been upgraded from a non-refundable fare category to a refundable fare category, the value of the original fare remains non-refundable. Only the fare upgrade is refundable, less any applicable admin fee.
  • Nothing in these Fare Rules will affect consumer rights as defined in the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Non-refundable clauses do not apply in circumstances where the consumer is entitled to a refund under the ACL.
