We aim to take you to your destination on time, every time. Airport security measures mean we need your cooperation in arriving at the airport with sufficient time to check-in and board early so that you do not hold up other passengers.

As stated in the Rex Conditions of Carriage, all counters will stop accepting passengers for check-in:

• 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure time at Burketown airport
• 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time at capital city airports plus Cairns, Gold Coast and Townsville
• 30 minutes prior to scheduled departure time at all regional airports in NSW, SA, TAS, VIC, QLD and WA (excluding Burketown)

Passengers who fail to present themselves at check-in by this time may NOT be permitted to board and be deemed as a ‘No Show’ which may result in the forfeiture of your fare for certain fare classes.

• All times are in minutes prior to scheduled departure time
• Web check-in opens 48 hours and closes 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.
• Passengers with special requirements must check-in at the airport – refer to footnotes below.
• Failure to be ready for boarding at the boarding gate by the ‘Boarding Gate Closes’ time will result in exclusion from boarding, offloading of baggage if applicable as well as forfeiture of fare.
