Rex believes that diversity is about recognising and valuing the contribution of all staff regardless of their differing backgrounds of gender, age, disability, culture, ethnicity and religion etc.
Therefore it is in the interests of all stakeholders that all selection, recruitment, promotion and retrenchment is made solely on objective merits without regard to the background of the individual.
Rex believes that it is reverse discrimination to have in place policies that unfairly assist and advance the interests of any particular group.
