The Equal Opportunity for Women In the Workplace Act 1999 (EOWA Act) has been replaced by the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012. In keeping with previous legislation (EOWA Act) Regional Express Holdings Ltd completed the EOWA Report on an annual basis. As legislation and reporting requirements have changed, the Company is now completing the required Workplace Gender Equality Report. This report is required to be completed annually by non-public sector employers with more than 100 employees.
