How to make bookings once you've registered.



You can make a booking straight away by navigating to rex.com.au/TravelAgent/Index.aspx and logging in with your account details
OR entering via the Rex website (rex.com.au) and clicking "Travel Agents" on the website footer.

Don't forget to log in!
Only online bookings made while you are logged on to your account will be credited towards your sales incentive entitlement.

Please note - Community and Resident fares are not eligible for commission.

You are able to keep track of each consultant’s online bookings through our Agent portal. Please don't forget to place your consultant name for each booking in the field provided.


How to amend bookings

If you wish to amend a booking through the Rex website, just log into the Travel Agent portal and then click on the CURRENT BOOKINGS tab. From the booking list click on Amend Booking to amend a booking.

Changes successfully made online are charged at the standard rates. Our schedule of fees and surcharges is available at: rex.com.au/FlightInfo/FeesAndSurcharges.aspx. For changes made with our Customer Contact Centre (CCC) an additional service fee, currently $22, may apply. The CCC’s opening hours are available here.





How to pay

We are a ticketless airline and all bookings made with Rex are instant purchase. Unfortunately, bookings will not be held pending payment. Below is a list of acceptable payment methods:
AUD$: Visa, MasterCard, Diners, American Express, PayPal and UATP.


How do I receive sales incentive payments?

Australian Agents
If you have nominated an Australian bank account, your sales incentive payments will be calculated at the end of each month and directly deposited into your nominated bank account during the following month.

International Agents
You will receive your sales incentive statement online via the agent  portal. Payment will only be processed when your sales incentive balance exceeds AUD$125. The amount will be processed to your nominated bank account by way of telegraphic transfer and converted to your local currency. This transfer will incur a AUD$25.00 bank fee which will be deducted from the payment. If your sales incentive payment for the month is less than AUD$125.00 we will hold the payment for you until the following month or until you exceed AUD$125.00.


How do I receive communication from Rex?

Communication to agents will be through the email address you have nominated at the time of registration. To change your registration details at any time, please click on the "Change Details" tab available to you when you've logged onto the agent portal.

Please note that any alteration/correction will be amended on the following month's statement.


Where do I find my account statement?

You will be able to view a statement of online transactions that you have made with Rex via rex.com.au/TravelAgent/Index.aspx. The online statement for each booking will display the  Consultant Name, Booking Reloc, Date of Booking, First Passenger Name and a breakdown of base fares, GST and any commission that is payable.

Note: All online statements are updated every 24 hours and are kept on the Rex server for a period of 2 months. Anytime within this period you are able to download your statement for the last 4 months.
